Moutai not only is China’s national brand of liquor; it also refers to a town with century-long history and culture. It is the place where the Red Army crossed the Chishui River four times, for example. To commemorate these events and demonstrate Moutai’s history, several performances were designed. One of the most popular ones is the 20-minute digital water dance show.
Generated by 24 Barco HDX-W20 projectors, this show features a 6-minute water dance, a 12-minute outer wall show and a 2-minute transition performance lighting show. It dynamically reflects the history and culture of Moutai through fountain, audio and projection systems, as well as through a presentation of vivid pictures.
Barco HDX-W20 FLEX adopts the Xenon lamp and high-contrast optical engine to deliver clear, accurate and colorful pictures in all scenes. And thanks to its unique on-demand dimming technology, events companies can harmonize the image performance of each projector and adjust lighting output as required – all while keeping perfect control of the operating costs.
