International Women’s Day 2020 focuses on equality, aiming to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender equal world.
Needless to say, closing the gender gap in technology starts at schools and universities. In the US, women make up just 18% of computer science degrees1. In Europe, only a quarter (25.9 %) of all engineering students are female.2
For companies to attract more female tech profiles, we need to encourage women in technology. With this campaign, we aim to tap into women’s imagination and curiosity, by unveiling the endless possibilities a tech career can bring.
