It is NOT possible to disable the front sensor on Barco Nio and Coronis displays. Every display with a front screen sensor (Nio and Coronis) will calibrate the display using the front sensor.
QAWeb agent does support a certain type of sensors for measuring the test patterns and even performing automated compliance checks. Please refer to the attached user guide for more information.
