Issue:
An issue has been discovered that the ClickShare Extended desktop function is showing different behaviour with the ClickShare (hardware) Button.
With ClickShare Extended desktop mode enabled and upon pressing the ClickShare (hardware) Button the primary screen is shown on the connected monitor instead of the extended desktop screen. However, during this, an extended desktop sign appears on the top-left of the virtual Button in the App giving an indication that the desktop screen is extended.
No issue is seen when pressing the virtual Button in the App with ClickShare Extended desktop mode enabled.
This issue is seen with the ClickShare Desktop App version 4.22.0.13
Solution:
This issue has been fixed in ClickShare Desktop App release 4.23
