QAWeb Enterprise sends a temporary (7 days) registration or activation link in two cases:
- To new users that Signed-up on QAWeb Enterprise (see step 1 in KB9883)
- To users that have been added via the User Management section (add a new user) (to see more about in the user management section of the Online Manual, click here)
My QAWeb Enterprise Registration/Activation link has expired, what can I do?
If the temporary activation link has expired, the Barco Customer Service team has to be contacted with the following information: (see how to contact our customer service team in KB5034):
- QAWeb Enterprise Organization Name
- Name of the user who should receive a new activation link
The Barco Customer Service Team will resend a new activation link and inform you accordingly via the service ticket.
