How to get started with the QAWeb Enterprise Partner Portal

Definition: The QAWeb Enterprise Partner Portal is a secure login portal for hospital partners to connect remotely to a QAWeb Enterprise hospital organization.
 

 

1. How do partners get access to the QAWeb Enterprise Partner Portal? 

If you are a hospital partner and you (+ your colleagues) would like to manage multiple organizations, we recommend you to sign-up to the QAWeb Enterprise Partner Portal. 

  • Open your web browser (preferably Google Chrome) and enter the QAWeb Enterprise Partnerportal URL: https://partnerportal-qaweb.healthcare.barco.com/ 
  • Click on Login 
  • The QAWeb Enterprise software program is part of the Barco SSO authentification process.
    • Therefore, if you have already mybarco account, enter your e-mail address in the authentification

    • If you haven't an account yet, enter your e-mail address and a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code in the authentification window
  • Welcome to the QAWeb Enterprise Partner Portal! You can now start with the creation of your partner organization

  • Start entering the Partner Organization details such as the Partner Organization Name and its location.
    • For this, enter an address using the Mapbox tool. If Mapbox isn't able to locate the hospital address, please use the manual location entry fields
  • Accept the EULA and Privacy Statement
  • The Partner organization is now created.

2. How to use the QAWeb Enterprise Partner Portal?

Important: It is not possible for partners to get access to hospital organizations without the consent of a user registered to this hospital organization.

The Graphical User Interface of the Partner Portal is composed of two menu options: Organizations and Users. 

Organization: Here, the hospitals which have granted access to their organization gets listed

If a partner wants to access remotely a customer Organization, he needs to go to the "Organization" menu and click on the  icon located in the lower-right corner.

An E-Mail template will automatically be opened in your E-Mail Client. 

Info: The partner needs to know the E-Mail address of a user registered to the hospital organization. This user must have sufficient rights to grant access to that partner. The "manage partners" permission has to be set to enabled (this setting can be seen in Administration --> Users --> Select a User --> Permissions) 

 

Once the hospital user has clicked on the link, he will immediately be redirected to its hospital organization where he needs to grant access to his organization for the partner.

Once the access granted, the partner will be listed in the hospital organization in "Administration --> Partners"

On the Partner Portal, the name of the hospital Organization will be listed in "Organization"

Complimentary Info:
  • The Partner or the Hospital Organization can at any time, revoke access to the hospital organization by clicking on the trash icon.
  • A partner can access multiple hospital organizations but a hospital organization can also allow multiple partners to access its organization
  • A partner has almost the same permissions as a user from the hospital organization except managing licenses and user permissions (in Administration)

Users: To add users to the partner portal, go to "Users" and click on the  icon. 

Enter the E-mail address of the person who should get access to the Partner Portal. 

An E-Mail template gets generated, to invite the new user:

Once again, this user will need a myBarco Account to access the QAWeb Enterprise Partner Portal.
