How to use the eSupport Portal
This is a short e-learning training course to introduce service engineers to Barco’s eSupport portal.
The aim of this training is to show how to use the portal, which provides a quick and easy-to-use interaction and is the preferred method for, logging service requests and RMA’s.
You will learn how to log in to the portal, create and manage service requests and correspond with the Barco service team.
