SmartCare status is not updating in the ClickShare Configurator for ClickShare CX and C series

Please wait for up to 48 hours (or at least 24 hours) for the SmartCare system to update the CX or C series interface to verify the support contract is active and view the end date.

Alternatively, please visit the Warranty widget page on the Barco website and search for the SmartCare warranty using the serial number of the Base Unit (how to: see KB 9451).
The serial number can be found on the label attached to the bottom of the Base Unit or on the packaging box in which the Base Unit came, for details see KB 2865.

Note: If the SmartCare warranty information for your ClickShare Base Unit is not updated or visible after 48 hours, please contact Barco Support by raising a service ticket (how to: see KB 6024).
