Barco technology takes operating rooms to the next level for better healthcare outcomes

Al-Hada Military Hospital, located northwest of the Taif region, is one of Saudi Arabia’s main military hospitals. Thanks to the OR1 Fusion fully integrated operating room solution, the surgeons can now interact and communicate between ORs and auditoriums to share insights with peers, ask second opinions or even train colleagues or students.

In addition to the Nexxis technology, Gulf Medical Solutions also installed 16 MDSC-2226 and 5 MDSC-2242 surgical displays with built-in Nexxis decoders, which are fully compatible with the OR1 Fusion. Their ease of use and cleanability make them a perfect fit for operating rooms. Most importantly, the displays provide the surgeons at the Al-Hada Military Hospital ORs with accurate, realistic images in full HD resolution with an excellent viewing angle.
