Accurate results, productivity and ergonomics are just as important whether you’re working in the hospital, at home, or somewhere else.
1) Take time to find the perfect setup
Take a broader look at the entire room you’re working in. Are the light sources in the right place, or will they disturb you? Are you sitting in a chair that’s adjusted to your posture? Is your screen at the right height?
2) Ensure security & privacy
Check how the patient records you’re using are shared with your home office. Most organizations make use of a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or a similar secured connection.
3) Don't give up on performance and workflow
You’ll need a medical-grade diagnostic display at home to read your images. International guidelines describe a number of requirements that need to be fulfilled for reading images in a reliable way.
