What to do when you forgot your password

  1. Click on Forgot password (1).

  2. Enter your E-mail address (2).
  3. Click on Reset password (3).
  4. Check your E-mail address (4).
Note: This E-mail service will only work if an email system was set up during the installation of XMS (virtual) Edge. If not, the XMS (virtual) Edge will not be able to send any E-mails to the users.
