About power mode

You can power on and off the Base Unit and bring the system in standby mode. In standby mode the system mutes the output signal to the displays. If your display supports this, it will automatically enter power saving mode.

Power on the Base Unit or awake it from standby

1. When the Base Unit is shut down, set the rocker switch at the back of the Base Unit to “I”.

   

2. If the system does not start up automatically, push the standby button shortly.

   

   The system is now powered on.

Put the Base Unit in standby

1. Push the standby button shortly Image 3–2.

To shut down the Base Unit

The Base Unit can be shut down in two ways :

1. Push the standby button until the Base Unit shuts down Image 3–2.
2. Set the rocker switch at the back of the Base Unit to “0” Image 3–1.
