About renaming

The meeting room name and Base Unit are linked. Meaning, there are two ways of changing the name of a meeting room:

• Rename the Base Unit using the ClickShare configurator. For more information, see the installation manual of the Base Unit.
• Rename the meeting room using XMS Cloud. For more information, see the following procedure.

How to rename

1. Click the edit icon () after the meeting room name.
2. Enter the desired new meeting room name.

3. Click the check mark icon () to save the edit.

   The name of the Base Unit will be changed to the same name as the new meeting room.
