About standard conferencing

ClickShare will support and enhance the experience of joining remote meetings regardless of the meeting service used.

How to join

1. Accept the meeting invite on the remote conferencing app or website of choice.

2. Verify the inputs and outputs selected by the conferencing app or website of choice.

   

   Note: If room peripherals are connected to the Base Unit, select the name of the peripheral in the conferencing app.
3. Join the meeting.

4. Combine conferencing with sharing for local participants (optional)
