23.7 Upload custom EDID

What can be done

Next to the default list of EDID values for each connector, the user can also upload custom EDID files. The custom EDID files will become available for all connectors by default.

The EDID files can be either of the xml or binary format.

How to upload custom EDID files

  1. While in the Service module, click Run Files EDID.

    The Files EDID menu is displayed.

  2. Click on the ‘+’ button.

    A browser window opens.

  3. Browse to the desired custom EDID file and click OK.
