3.7 Unregister device

About

This procedure explains how to unregister a device from the Awaiting initial cloud connection list in Fleet view. The device is registered in IMS but has not been connected to IMS before.

Location

IMS main sidebar > Fleet view > Awaiting initial cloud connection

How to unregister
  1. Click on the desired device to unregister it.

    The Let's connect to a network side window will be prompted.

  2. Click Unregister projector.

    The Unregister projector from your account window will be prompted.

  3. Fill in the Serial number.
  4. Click Unregister projector.

    Note: The device can be registered again. For more information, see “Device registration”.
