3.5 Installing the bottom dust filter
Required parts
- Bottom dust filter holder
- Bottom dust filter
- Phillips PH2 screw
How to install the bottom dust filter
Insert the filter into the filter holder.
Caution: Make sure the soft side of the filter faces the grid of the filter holder.
Image 3–18 Turn the projector upside down to access the bottom of the projector.
Caution: Use a blanket to not damage the top cover of the projector.
Image 3–19 Place the filter assembly (reference 1) onto the air inlet as illustrated in the following image. Hook the filter assembly to the air inlet with the clips (reference 2).
Image 3–20 Secure the filter assembly to the projector by tightening a Phillips PH2 screw (reference 3) into the designated screw standoff.
