12.1 Disconnecting the Button

About disconnecting

Disconnecting breaks the link between the user device and the ClickShare. Signaling to the ClickShare that the meeting is finished.

How to disconnect

  1. Unplug the Button from the user device, as illustrated.

    Tip: It is not required to stop sharing before disconnecting.

    Any shared content disappears from the meeting room displays. The ClickShare wallpaper is shown.

  2. Store the Button in a Button tray or dedicated location.

    Tip: If no Button tray or dedicated location is available, place the Button near the middle of the table within an accessible reach.
