9.1 Room availability
About room availability
Room availability shows when the meeting room has been booked on the meeting room displays. This allows anyone nearby to see if the meeting room is available or reserved.
Prerequisites
Calendar integration must be active in XMS Cloud. For more information, see XMS Cloud. (not applicable for room systems)
Tip: XMS Cloud is intended for IT personnel and is password protected. Contact the local IT service if changes are needed.
How to check
Is a calendar shown on the meeting room displays or touch panel?
- If yes, check the room availability for today and tomorrow
- If no, the availability is unknown to ClickShare.
