About stop conferencing

There are two main methods to stop conferencing with ClickShare:

• Stop conferencing, the device remains connected to the ClickShare and new content can be shared immediately. For more information, see the following procedure.
• Disconnecting, the connection between the device and ClickShare is closed. For more information, see “Cleanup”

Prerequisites

Conference view must be active before conferencing can be stopped. For more information, see “Conference view”.

How to stop

1. Stop the conferencing using one of the following methods:

   • Using the Button, press the share button.
   • Using the Desktop App or Button App, click the stop button (reference 6).
