About the Mobile App

The Mobile App is an application that allows the user to connect to and manage a ClickShare system. An installation is required before the Mobile App can be used.

Prerequisites

The user device must comply with the installation requirements. For more information, see “Installation requirements”.

How to install

  1. Must the Mobile App be installed through an .apk? (Android only)

    • If yes, go to step 4.
    • If no, go to next step.

  2. Which operating system does the mobile device use?

    • For Android, search for ClickShare in the play store.
    • For iOS, search for ClickShare in the app store.

  3. Install the Mobile App.

    The Mobile App is installed and kept up to date by the store.

  4. Download the .apk file from the Barco website.

  5. Install the .apk on the mobile device.

    Tip: The settings of the mobile device can prevent an .apk file from being opened. For more information on how to allow and install .apk files, see the documentation of the mobile device.
