About the Mobile App

The Mobile App is an application that allows the user to connect to and manage a ClickShare system. An installation is required before the Mobile App can be used.

Prerequisites

The desired device must comply with the setup requirements. For more information, see “Setup requirements”.

How to install

1. Install the Mobile App from the desired location:

   • Barco website (Android): https://www.barco.com/en/support. Go to next step.
   • Play store (Android): search for ClickShare. No further actions required.
   • App store (iOS): search for ClickShare. No further actions required.

2. Open the .apk file from the file explorer to start the installation.

   

   Tip: The settings of the mobile device can prevent an .apk file from being opened. For more information on how to allow .apk files, see the documentation of the mobile device.
