About stop room sharing

There are two main methods to stop ClickShare from sharing to the room and in the meeting:

• Stop sharing, the device remains connected to the ClickShare and new content can be shared immediately. For more information, see the following procedure.
• Disconnecting, the connection between the device and ClickShare is closed. For more information, see “Cleanup”

Prerequisites

Content must be shared to the room before room sharing can be stopped. For more information, see:

• “Button room sharing”.
• “Desktop App room sharing”.

How to stop

1. Stop the sharing using one of the following methods:

   • Using the Button, press the share button.
   • Using the Desktop App or Button App, click the stop button (reference 1) of the content that is being shared.
   • Using the shared window, close the window. (only for CX-50 Gen2)
