Prerequisites

Connect the computer to the Event Master processors IP address. For more information, see the user guide of the Event Master processor.

How to access

1. Open a commend prompt on the computer.

2. Enter the following telnet command: > telnet nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn 9878

   

   Tip: The ‘n’ value represents the IP address of the processor and 9878 is the port that will be used.

   Connection to the processor is established.

3. Enter any desired ASCII commands. For more information see “Command list”.
