To make the Barco Insights Management Suite functionality available on your projector, activation is required first. Registration is very simple, using the projector LCD user interface or via the Ptoolset license registration tab.

After activation, you can register your projector(s) for a free trial of our Insights Management Suite. If you want to further benefit from the extra functionalities, you can always extend and upgrade your subscription.

Barco Insights Management Suite is based on a subscription model with 3 levels: Monitor, Diagnose and Control.
The first level “Monitor” is automatically included for free in the purchase of your Barco projector for the first 2 years of usage after registration. You can extend and upgrade your subscription whenever you want to benefit from the extra functionalities each level has to offer. Access the subscription dashboard here via your MyBarco login.
Mobile connectivity is only supported in a number of countries*. For those countries not covered the Barco Insights Management Suite will still function depending on the projector having wired internet access.
