Update Share Buyback Program

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16^th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 18^th October 2021 till 22^nd October 2021 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20^th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 455,937 shares for a total amount of 8,491,663.65 euros. This corresponds to 75.99 % of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,176,253 shares on the date of 22^nd October 2021.
