Shining a light onto the richness of GoriziaIf you were one of the 2,000 spectators to visit the Raylight event, you’d definitely have been enthusiastic. For 23 minutes, the show zoomed in on the richness of the city of Gorizia – from music and entertainment through to fantastic wines. The projection mapping was organized by non-profit cultural organization Mitteldream, which is composed of engineers who are connoisseurs of graphics tech, video effects and technology.
Barco talent wows all aroundBarco sponsored the visualization and cabling efforts, providing powerful, 3-chip DLP RLM-W14 projectors that produced images at up to 14,500 lumens in brightness over two buildings of the prestigious Palazzo Lantieri.
Flavio Chianese, technical and project manager for Barco, and engineers Emanuele Musulin and Henry Bonamigo designed, developed and deployed the multimedia system and the enchanting animations – outside of working hours! – that wowed spectators every hour for two days.
