The house is also equiped with a few other very nice architectural Integrated solutions. One of them is a dual dropdown screen and a hidden projector.
The dual screen system can be used as a front and a rear projection system. You can either lie in the bed and use the front projection screen or sit outside on the terrasse and use the rear projection screen. To be able to do this, you need a bright and powerful projector. Barco Balder was the choice for this install.

A 200-inch Stewart Filmscreen Phantom High Ambient Light Rejecting curved, frameless screen powered by a Barco Residential Loki projector, create a superior visual experience. A McIntosh Labs processor powers a 13-speaker Dolby Atmos object-based surround sound system, using JL Audio in-wall Fathom subs and Bowers & Wilkins architectural speakers.

Indoor & Outdoor viewing

The master bedroom is equipped with a Barco Residential Balder DLP laser projector with a 145-inch Stewart motorized double-sided screen, which creates a mirrored image from the back to allow for viewing opportunities from both the bedroom or the balcony. This means you can use one projector for both indoor and outdoor viewing.
