Issue:

Customers installing a CSE firmware 1.10 or higher might encounter issues with certain touch screens when using annotation or blackboarding, or touchback.

Solution:

This issue has been resolved in the CSE firmware version 1.11.1.12, please update your CSE Base Units with this version.
