Update Share Buyback Program
COMPARTILHAR BUYBACK
Kortrijk, Belgium, 15 November 2021, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.
Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 8th November 2021 till 12th November 2021 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 475,909 shares for a total amount of 8,881,223.95 euros. This corresponds to 79.32% of the program completed.
After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,196,225 shares on the date of 12th November 2021.
