Disposal of own shares by Barco NV
REGULATED INFORMATION
Kortrijk, Belgium, 24 January 2022, 18.00 hrs – Pursuant to article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019, Barco NV discloses the disposal of 287,634 shares outside the stock exchange following the exercise of stock options.
As a result, and following the share buyback program (completed on 1st December 2021), the total number of own shares held by Barco NV as per 31st December 2021, decreased from 3,320,316 (as per 01/12/2021) to 3,032,682 (out of a total of 92,170,255 shares or 3.29%).
