Barco video wall contributes to safer highways in Brazil
PAREDES DE VÍDEO 1 minutos de leitura
To efficiently monitor and manage safety risks on two major highways north of São Paulo, Brazil, CCR AutoBAn equipped its new operational control center with a 7 x 2 70" OV-708 Barco video wall. Barco´s video-streaming decoding expertise allows the operator to display a large number of images simultaneously, without losing sight of important details.
The new video wall at CCR AutoBAn displays live feeds from 86 cameras on the Anhanguera and Bandeirantes road networks, covering almost the entire managed area. When necessary, there are numerous possibilities to put other data, graphics or videos up on the screen.
“We wanted to fully equip our operators to be able to monitor traffic in the most efficient way possible,” said Odair Tafarelo, Service Manager of CCR AutoBAn. “Barco assisted us with a solution that fulfilled all our needs.”
Highly reliable and engineered for ease of maintenance and serviceability, the OV-708 module is the ideal visualization solution for use in a 24/7 mission critical environment like CCR AutoBAn’s control center. It offers wide viewing angles and a bright picture quality with vibrant colors, and comes with Barco’s unique Sense6 technology.
