Good news: the ClickShare Hub Pro, Huddly® L1™, and Shure bundle is now Certified for Microsoft Teams. Designed for medium-sized meeting rooms, it combines the familiar Microsoft Teams Rooms experience with ClickShare wireless conferencing and content sharing, making it easy to start meetings, share in 4K, and bring everyone into the conversation more naturally.

What’s in the bundle?
ClickShare Hub Pro enables one-click wireless conferencing and 4K content sharing, with dual-screen support and two next gen ClickShare Buttons featuring Wi-Fi 6E and USB-C Display Port™. Built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), it is designed for a secure meeting experience and gives users the simple ClickShare flow they already know.
Huddly® L1™ brings engaging video collaboration to medium-sized rooms with an on-device AI-director that intelligently frames speakers and conversations, along with exceptional image quality. This helps remote participants stay connected to what is happening in the room, even when people are seated farther from the camera.
Shure’s MXA902 Ceiling Array Microphone and Loudspeaker, together with the ANIUSB-MATRIX USB audio network interface, delivers top-quality audio for clear conversations and more inclusive collaboration. It helps everyone be heard more clearly across medium-sized meeting spaces, so conversations feel more natural for remote attendees too.
Together, these technologies create a premium, modular room system bundle for medium meeting rooms, helping organizations standardize spaces while choosing the right setup for each room. It is designed to deliver an intuitive, high-quality experience where everyone can be seen and heard clearly.

More choice for Microsoft Teams Rooms
With this launch, Barco now offers five room system bundles Certified for Microsoft Teams, giving customers more flexibility to match room size and collaboration needs. This addition further expands Barco’s room system portfolio, designed for simple, secure, and connected meetings.
Soon, teams will have even more flexibility with ClickShare Hub. Available this summer, Wireless BYOD will allow users to start meetings from their laptop in a Hub-enabled Microsoft Teams Room when the call is hosted on another platform, such as Zoom, Webex, or Google Meet. It is a simple way to handle real-life meeting moments while keeping the native Microsoft Teams Rooms experience intact for everyday use.
