- Use the following with this release of EM firmware.
- E2/S3/EX/ImagePRO-4K Operating System: Revision 3.1.6 or higher
- Event Master Toolset (Windows): Revision: 9.2 (Build 68800) or higher
- Event Master Toolset (Mac): Revision: 9.2 (Build 68800) or higher
- Event Master Toolset (Linux): Revision: 9.2 (Build 68313) or higher
- DisplayPort 1.2 input configurations, DisplayID Block usage.
- Backup and restore operations due to certain LAN configurations.
- Atomos Shogun not creating valid CRC streams per SMPTE ST-2081/2082.
- In conjunction with OS 3.1.6, support the updated CPU module that will ship with newly manufactured E2 Gen2 and S3 Gen2 units. Units that ship with this updated CPU will block downgrading to an earlier firmware build.
- Added back-tracing to System logs to help identify where any suspected crash has occurred. NOTE: This addition is supported in all models except E2 Gen1 and S3 Gen1 units.

- EM: Boot-up issue, on Gen2 video processors, where some of its populated slots showed no card detected. Requires OS 3.1.5.
- EM: E2 in PGM only mode would not show still images in the background for canvas links 5-8 and 9-16.
- EM: Removed outdated JQuery libraries from the internal WebApp.
- ALL: The log file now prints genlock change events i.e., signal rate change or loss, user establishes lock (re-lock)

- IP4K: Circle Alignment Test Pattern options, including LED Mode, were missing from the Front Panel menu.
- EM: Rare but possible crash in unstable network environment.

- EM: Single Layers assigned to a Screen Destination within a Super Destination were changing layers.

- EM: When multiple Screen Destinations had a test patterns on, then turned off, the UMD notification would still show the test pattern was on.
- EC: Quickly changing the function of the assign bus(es) caused the EMTS to crash.
