When sharing an MS Teams windows to the meeting room screen, the MS Teams window may flash intermittently. This is not observed when the whole desktop is shared instead of the specific MS Teams application window.
This is a known issue when the option "disable GPU hardware acceleration" is checked in the MS Teams settings.
The workaround is to uncheck the "Disable GPU hardware acceleration" option in the MS Teams settings:
