This online session using Virtual Classroom covers the new procedures to upgrade a Barco series 2 projector to Laser.

Course description

This session describes in details the physical retrofit and the best recommended practices to achieve optimal image quality. 

Goals: at the end of the course, the attendees will have an overview of all necessary steps to upgrade from Xenon to Laser, both physical retrofit, software configuration, maintenance… 

Prerequisites

Recommended but not mandatory: 

  • Barco Level 1 Certified “Installation and basic maintenance Xenon”
  • Barco Level 1 Certified “Update on Smart Laser”
  • Barco Level 1 Certified “Installation and basic maintenance Smart and Flagship Laser”
Target audience

Helpdesk engineers, Field Service Engineers, system integrators, technicians, sales engineers…   

Objective

Some of the topics are: step by step physical retrofit, software update, calibration, maintenance, basic troubleshooting
