SmartCare is a free service package that is included in the purchase of every ClickShare unit. It provides your company with budget predictability, swift hardware replacement and expert support from both Barco and our partners for up to 5 years.
The service is activated once you register your device (within the initial 1-year standard warranty period) and add it to the XMS Cloud Management Platform.
