- As this is a time sensitive event, we appreciate your punctual arrival. The ship will sail and return at designated time.
- It is customary for all yachts that shoes need to be removed before boarding and all guests will be given a pair of white house slippers to be worn on board the ship.

5:40 PM – Arrival and registration of guests
6:10 PM – Welcome drinks and address by Gan Ta Loong, Global Executive Vice President (Immersive Experience), Barco
6:30 PM – Ship to sail
7:00 PM – Dinner
9:00 PM – Event ends and ship sail back to dock
