Our roads are getting increasingly congested and we spend many days per year in traffic jams. Is public transport a way out? The Railway Infrastructure Administration (SŽDC) of the Czech Republic set an example: they transformed an old railway carriage into a mobile meeting space. When users enter the 26-meter-long carriage, they find a main conference room followed by a small private meeting room. The boardroom has been equipped with modern furniture, including a large conference table, a large roll-up projection screen and eight 32” LCD screens. Audiopro s.r.o. coupled the screens to our wePresent wireless presentation system – as a guarantee for productive meetings on-thego!

For years now, SŽDC has been on a mission to modernize the railways. Converting a railcar built in 1966 into a multi-purpose carriage that provides all key meeting and presentation facilities, was certainly its most innovative idea so far.
