Context

When Comfone moved to its new office, it recognized an opportunity to upgrade its meeting room technology. The goal was to create a seamless work environment where employees and guests could present and collaborate effortlessly, without wasting valuable time on technical setups.

In their previous office, Comfone faced consistent challenges with a mix of VGA, DisplayPort, and HDMI connections. This variety of interfaces led to confusion and delays, as employees and visitors struggled with different cables and adapters when attempting to start presentations or join video calls.

With these past issues in mind, the challenge in the new office was to design a solution that would eliminate the need for multiple cables, adapters, and troubleshooting. Comfone needed a system that would enable quick and easy connectivity for all users, regardless of the device they were using.
