Issue
When the HDMI™ 2 resolution is lowered and the ClickShare Hub Pro reboots or wakes from deep standby, HDMI™ 2 content appears only on one-quarter of the screen instead of in full screen.
Solution
Upgrading your ClickShare Hub Pro to firmware version 4.3 or higher will fix this issue.
If upgrading is not immediately possible, adjust HDMI™ 2 output resolution to 3840 × 2160 as a workaround for this case.
