How to Register ClickShare Devices (C/CB/CX) in XMS Cloud?

There are two methods to register ClickShare device (C/CB/CX) in XMS Cloud: by scanning the dedicated QR code with a mobile device or by clicking the dedicated hyperlink. Using both methods, you can register your ClickShare device(s) whether online or offline (not connected to the network) in the XMS Cloud.

Prerequisites

ClickShare Device running firmware version 02.18 or higher.
- C-series: C-5/-10
- CX-series: CX-20/-30/-50
- Bar Core/Pro

XMS Cloud Account:
Ensure you have an active XMS Cloud account. If you don't have one, please create it by providing your company email and other necessary details (how-to, see KB15250).

How to register: General workflow

Initiate Device Registration:
- Method 1: Scan the QR code of your device at the specified locations (Physical card or Onboarding screen or ClickShare Configurator) using your mobile device.
- Method 2: Click on the hyperlink "here" on the SmartCare page in the ClickShare Configuration Wizard of your device.
Login to XMS Cloud:
- You'll be redirected to the XMS Cloud account login page on your default web-browser (mobile or PC), log in to your account with your user credentials.
  Note: If you still don't have an XMS Cloud account, please create one by following the on-screen instructions.
Select/Create Organisation:
- Select or create an organisation in your XMS Cloud account where you want to add and register your ClickShare device.
Complete Device Registration:
- Method 1: Tap Register X Baseunit(s).
  X represents the total number of ClickShare devices ready for registration.
- Method 2: Follow the on-screen instructions on each successive screen: click Continue to XMS Cloud, then click Continue and finally click Finish.
Your ClickShare device has been successfully added to the selected organization in your XMS Cloud account.
