Symptom
- Onboard the ClickShare Hub offline by scanning the QR on the device before it's connected to the internet.
- Power on the ClickShare Hub, connect it to the internet and complete the ClickShare configuration wizard.
- You need to onboard the ClickShare Hub again in XMS Cloud in the ClickShare configurator wizard.
Impact
- ClickShare Hubs with revisions prior to 4 are impacted "out of the box".
Solution
- This is fixed in ClickShare Hub firmware V04.02.00.
