Collecting logs from a ClickShare Hub device is essential for diagnosing issues or sharing data with support teams. This guide outlines the standard methods to retrieve these logs.
Method 1: Via ClickShare Configurator of Hub
You can download the logs from the ClickShare Configurator:
- Open the ClickShare Configurator (browse to
https://<ip of ClickShare Hub>). - Select Download Logs.
- Save the logs locally and attach them to the case while reporting the issue to the Barco support team.
Note this feature requires Firmware 04.02.00 or higher
Method 2: Remote Management via Teams Admin Center (TAC)
If the device is enrolled in Teams Admin Center:
- Go to Teams Admin Center.
- Navigate to Devices > Teams Rooms on Android.
- Select the device from the list.
- Use available options to collect logs remotely (if supported).
- Logs may be sent to Microsoft or downloaded depending on configuration.
