Issue
When both the ClickShare Hub Pro device and the connected displays are in Standby (Eco) mode, waking up the Hub Pro from standby does not always wakes up the HDMI™ 2 display. As a result, the HDMI™ 2 display remains blank and shows no content. This symptom is not visible on most displays.
Note: No issue with the HDMI™ 1 display, it wakes up automatically and displays the MTR wallpaper after the Hub Pro wakes up from standby.
Workaround
- Manually wake up the HDMI™ 2 display using its remote control, or
- Disable the Energy Saver option in the device settings to prevent this issue.
