What can be done?
If a new user has used the page to register, this user will be displayed in the page but will not be able to login until the administrator accepts the registration. The administrator can edit the registered user, select a profile and assign a location in order to accept the registration. If the administrator simply deletes the user then the user registration will be considered as rejected. The users will define their own desired password when registering, so these users, if accepted by the IT admin, will be able to log in even if the SMTP server is not set up. However the IT admin will have to notify them that their account registration request has been accepted.
