About meeting rooms

Meeting rooms in XMS Cloud combine both the ClickShare Base Unit and its connected peripherals. The meeting room and the Base Unit will always have the same name. If one is changed, the other is automatically changed as well. When a new Base Unit is added to XMS Cloud a corresponding meeting room will automatically be created.
