Inputs

The E2 Lite video processor accommodates up to eight (8) Event Master input cards.

The Event Master E2 Lite video processor ships with the following seven (7) input cards:

• 26 inputs:

  • 8x HDMI 1.4 (297 Mpix/sec max)
  • 8x DisplayPort 1.1 (300 Mpix/sec max)
  • 4x Dual Link DVI (330 Mpix/sec max)
  • 1x DisplayPort 1.2 (620 Mpix/sec max)
  • 4x SD/HD/12G SDI
  • 1x HDMI 2.0 (on the Tri-Combo Input card)

Note: Each input card slot supports one 4K/UHD signal. The right-most input slot supports two 4K/UHD signals (with the second generation Tri-Combo Input card).

Note: The Event Master input cards that ship with the E2 Lite are programmed to work specifically with the E2 Lite. E2 Lite input cards will not work in any other Event Master chassis. Full function Event Master cards will work in the E2 Lite. This includes link cards, input cards, and output cards.

Outputs

The E2 Lite video processor accommodates three (3) Event Master output cards and one (1) output card designated as a Multiviewer (MVR). The last slot on the E2 Lite (Slot #14) may be designated as either a Multiviewer (MVR) card slot or as an Output card slot. See “Configuration Menu > Adjustment > Unit Configuration” for more details.

The Event Master E2 Lite video processor ships with the following output cards:

• 16x HDMI outputs via 4 Event Master series output cards:

  • HDMI 1.4a specification
  • HDCP 1.4 and EDID 1.3
  • Each output card supports up to 1920x1200@60p out

Note: The Event Master output cards that ship with the E2 Lite are programmed to work specifically with the E2 Lite. E2 Lite output cards will not work in any other Event Master chassis. Full function Event Master cards will work in the E2 Lite. This includes link cards, input cards, and output cards.

Each PGM screen destination has an unscaled seamless background mixer supporting the full resolution of the destination.
