2.1 Accessing Insights Management Suite

Prerequisites

The device must be registered to be visible in Insights Management Suite. For more information, see “Device registration”.
The device must be connected to Barco’s secure cloud platform to enable use. See chapter “Connectivity”.

How to access

Navigate to https://insights.proj.barco.com using a browser of choice.
The login or register window will be prompted.

Continue button
Select the desired language at the upper right corner (reference 1).
Fill in your company email address (reference 2).
Click Continue (reference 3).
The IMS main dashboard will be displayed. For more info refer to “IMS main dashboard”.

Note: New users are shown a restricted access screen where all IMS functionalities are disabled, and they must contact one of the listed administrators to request access.
