About pausing

Pausing the sharing freezes the current frame on the meeting room displays. Any changes done on the connected device are not shown on the meeting room displays while the pause is active. Resuming the sharing syncs the content on the meeting room screens with the connected device again.

Prerequisites

Content must be shared before it can be paused. For more information, see “Mobile App sharing”.

How to share

1. Tap the pause icon (reference 4) in the Mobile App.

   

   Note: If the sharing menu in the Mobile App is not visible, tap the toggle bar (reference 1).

   

   The content on the meeting room display is no longer being updated.

2. Do any desired actions.

3. Must sharing resume?

   • If yes, tap the play icon (reference 4*) in the Mobile App.
   • If no, stop sharing. For more information, see “Stop sharing”.
