If you would like to receive a hard copy user guide (instructions for use) for one of our medical devices, please log a ticket via our e-support services with the following information:

For what medical device model you want the hard copy – Please provide also the part number
In which language you want the hard copy
Details to which the hard copy can be send to
How many copies you want

Barco will provide the hard copy user guide to you free of charge within 7 days after the request.

Where to find drivers for your diagnostic display?

Find the drivers you need by going to the support page of the MXRT display controller that you are using. Find detailed instructions how to find your drivers on this page.
